The actress Deepika Padukone says she is dismayed that many people believe some roles don't involve as much hard work as others. "It's a misconception that a glamorous role doesn't require acting talent," says the 26-year-old star. "At the end of the day, any kind of film requires good acting."I think as long as you are doing good work, that's the most important thing," she said. "Also, I am someone who has always believed in quality over quantity.
